Three children are among 17 people who have lost their lives in the Angelo informal settlement in Boksburg, Gauteng, following a suspected gas leak linked to illegal mining.
William Ntladi, spokesperson at Ekurhuleni Disaster and Emergency Management Services informed that three children, five women and eight men were among the dead.
