John Derek Bishop (aka Tortusa) is a musician and producer in various forms of electronic music. He released the solo album "I know this Place - The Eivind Aarset Collages" on Jazzland Recordings in 2016 and was nominated for the Spellemannsprisen award for the album. He has since released four albums on Jazzland that have received good reviews in the international magazines Mojo, Prog Magazine, and Future Music.
