The list surprised netizens by featuring some of the country’s most iconic and (so we thought) beloved street foods. Taste Atlas , as its name depicts, is an encyclopedia of flavors, a world atlas of traditional dishes, local ingredients, and authentic restaurants. It compiled a list of worst-rated Indian street foods. Surprisingly, dishes like Papri Chaat, Dahi Puri, Dahi Vada have made it to the list.
Egg Bhurji, Dahi Vada and Sabudana Vada were also featured in the list. Papri Chaat, a common dish in north India, was seventh on the list. The dish is also common in Pakistan and Bangladesh.
