Training the Trainers Mar 10, 2021 The American Boat and Yacht Council is hosting its second Educator Training Conference. The July 20-22 online session is aimed at high school and and post-secondary instructors and administrators who are teaching marine service or considering adding it to their curriculums. “We were blown away by the sellout participation at our first educator training conference in 2019, and the industry’s support,” ABYC Foundation executive director Margaret Podlich statement. “This year’s event will be all online, offering the ability for anyone, anywhere to attend without the cost and time of travel.” Organizers said this year’s conference will focus on three main topics derived from input by marine service teachers:
