The caribbean is the region in the world that s most vulnerable to natural disasters such as hurricanes. These have become stronger and more frequent as temperatures and sea levels rise, causing coastal erosion and damage to marine life and ecosystems. The government here in barbados says that climate change is the biggest threat to the caribbean, and is urging strong action at the national, regional and global level.
