Edmonton police have charged man 33-year-old man in relation to a homicide that happened more than 16 years ago. The suspect was a youth at the time of the crime.
Victor Roger Noel, 56, went missing on Christmas Eve of 2019, but his case remained cold until human remains were found the summer of 2022 in Camrose County.
