They are not corrupt too much. So definitely a lot to use but the problem is that there is a growing gap between those who would work for the ngos and the frustrated society at large. Frustrated and apathetic. And i mean theres a lot of losers in the Economic Transformation in eastern and Central Europe but there are those who are trying to use this frustration and change it into a better grip over th
