Nigerian Police Disperse 'Paid Protesters' Mobilised By Ex-Governor Yahaya Bello In Abuja

Operatives of the Nigerian Police Force on Monday dispersed scores of protesters mobilised by former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello to stage a demonstration against the Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).    In a video obtained by SaharaReporters, the protesters were seen running helter-skelter from police arrest in Abuja, the country’s capital city.    The protesters were said to have gathered at the EFCC headquarters in Abuja, telling the commission to obey a subsisting court order which prevented any further arrest of the former Kogi governor.
