CSPAN3 Labor Secretary Scalia Testifies On Economic Impact Of COVID-19 July 12, 2024

Welcome, everybody, to our hearing. Both those in the room and those that arent in the room. Before we start, i think its important, again, to note whats going on all around us, and that is the acknowledgement of Racial Injustice that has gone on for far too long in our country. Stores are in an opportunity to catch the virus so be efficient when you go to the store, do not take your entire family to the store. One person goes shopping for everybody. And then of course we want to make sure we help kids socially distance by keeping them at home to play, avoiding playgrounds, dont do group sports. Help seniors, help them stay in by running err ands for them or shopping for them. So that they can avoid those crowds. And ....
