Dimapur, May 25 (EMN): Two-day training for Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA) of Wokha district on ‘active case detection and regular surveillance for leprosy’ was held at Likya Community hall, Wokha on May 24 and 25. It was organised by National Leprosy Eradication Programme (NLEP) under Department of Health and Family Welfare. During a brief programme, Chairperson Echungbeni Tsanglao, District Community Mobiliser welcomed the Joint Director, resource persons and ASHAs to the training session.
