A man driving home from work fell asleep at the wheel leading him to veer off East Sullivan Street and almost hit the Kingsport Area Transit Services building, officials said.
KINGSPORT — The rebuilding of Main Street hit a bump recently when contaminated soils were unearthed around the area of the Kingsport Area Transit terminal.
