Jo Carter passed away on January 4, 2022. Jo was born December 17, 1943 in Fort Stockton to parents Homer & Lois Good. The family moved to Ozona where Jo, her younger sister and older brother were raised Baptist. Jo graduated from high school in May 1962. She met the love of her life, Frank Jr, in El Paso and married on May 7, 1963. They have two children Kimberly and Frank III. Jo was a member of the East Angelo Lioness Club and the Concho Pearl Lions Club for over 20 years.   ....
