Happening in ukraine. the boris johnson visit there, emmanuel macron has visited, so it s good to see u.s. representatives speaking directly to president zelenskyy and hopefully offering another aid package to ukraine. so, one of the things that you warned was the person who is now going to be in command of the russian forces, the butcher of syria. can you speak a little bit about the concern? and is that playing out since he has overtaking the operations? i am concerned about general dvornikov. he is a very accomplished general, accomplish not only for his tactical abilities, for his brutality. he obviously has been brought in at the time that the first phase of the operations failed in the attack on kyiv. as the government s repositioning their forces, and the russians have no sort of focused on the donbas, it would appear to me that dvornikov is
