Corallian Energy has received a non-binding, conditional offer from a credible party for the acquisition of its entire issued share capital. Reabold Resources to acquire Corallian s portfolio of six attractive exploration and appraisal licences, excluding the Victory licence, for £250,000.
Further to the Company s announcement of 18 August 2021, Baron Oil, the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration company, has announced the completion of the increase in its interest in United Kingdom Offshore Licence P2478 from 15% to 32%.
