Pond has been with Duininck Concrete for three years, most recently as director of operations. It is headquartered in Willmar, with plant locations throughout central Minnesota.
A roundabout project by Duininck Concrete, located at Minnesota Highway 29 and 160th Street in Glenwood, is rated the best of its type completed in Minnesota in 2022 by the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
