The International Association of Airport and Duty Free Stores (IAADFS) and Asociación Sudamericana de Tiendas Libres (ASUTIL) have announced that leading North and South American airport, cruise and border travel retailers will be among a strong speaker line-up confirmed for the 2021 Summit of the Americas, which takes place virtually from 5-9 April.
ASUTIL and IAADFS have confirmed that the virtual Knowledge Hub will host a daily selection of keynote addresses and sessions focusing on the shape and rhythm of recovery in the Americas market.
Other themes to be explored include the reshaping of the airport experience, changing consumer demand, digitalisation, sustainability and diversity and inclusion, alongside sessions which analyse travel prospects for the region and the economic outlook. ....
