set of issues like inexperience. they need to be with experienced people. carmen anderson who has been in the industry for decades traveling the country as a long haul trucker. i ve been out here 20 plus years and i still learn something new every day. we have a very aging driver population. we need to atact gen z and gen y. now this man runs a trucking program at fox valley technical college in wisconsin. with the need for drivers, local companies have changed their hiring procedures, policies. and so i would say it s kind of a mixed bag right now with our graduates. probably leaning a little bit more towards local careers, regional careers. it is something i always wanted to do. a recent graduate is one of
