The break came after weeks of disagreements over sticking points such as Transportation Funding and how to pay for it. Chuck schumer held a vote exactly one week after the previous vote failed. It passed with every democrat and 17 republicans including Minority Leaders mitch Mcconnell Signing on. Despite the popularity of it and the need for it, Washington Hasnt been able to get it done. This time were going to get it done. Its a matter of building a relationship and having trust.
