all the major averages positive on the week with one day to go. they have gone a long way with this double day performance to trim those losses that we had in the month of september for all of the market averages. so what s going on here? let s go to susan li keeping track of these developments right now. susan? yeah, neil. talk about volatility. this week we ve been down, now up. started off with a huge sell-off monday with the dow down almost 900 points at the bottom. two straight days of gains. we re up now on this week. it s like monday didn t even happen, which was the worst day for the markets since mid may. that s the offset by today s rally, which is the best day since july. virtually every stock was up on the do you joins industrials like sales force. your consumer brands like nike, industrial bank all on the up and up. it s not like everything is
