Delayed one year by the pandemic, the American Legion Orange Post 132 is making plans to celebrate their 100th anniversary. The celebration will be held on Saturday, October 16th and will include dinner, a program and dancing. The evening will begin at 5:00pm with a cocktail hour and end with dancing at 10:00pm. Dress is Business Casual. Dignitaries expected to attend include: Orange Mayor Mark Murphy, Chief of Police Dan Adams, Battalion Fire Chief Mike Diersing, O.C. Sheriff’s Department, O.C. Supervisor Donald Wagner, Senator Josh Newman and Congressman Lou Correa. Special guest speaker is Douglas Westfall, author and teacher who has published America’s history for over 18 years.
