CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) - The Charleston County Sheriffâs Office says a man in McClellenville began firing shots at officers after they attempted to serve him a warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.
The CCSO says deputies have now detained the shooter after an armed suspect barricaded himself in a residence on Old Georgetown Road in McClellanville.
