good morning. gretchen: andrea, i m not sure that the point was a difference between balancingment budget and education, more so than haven t we already spent a lot of money on education and still don t seem to get the test scores up? that s right. we lead the world in education spending. spending approximately $8,000 per student, yet only ninth in the world when it comes to science and tenth in math. so we ve been throwing money at our students and a lot of the problem is, the teachers generous lavish packages. yet you see them giving out donnels and focusing out, are they eating organic food. everything, but educating the students. the president, it seems, was standing up just pandering to the teachers again. really what person from a messaging standpoint is going to stay yeah, let s not spend money on our students. but it s so intellectually dishonest to say mitt romney doesn t care about kids. gretchen: juan, you probably

here is the amazing thing. did you know that you need parental consent to get an immunization, a physical, participation in sports, but not anything about sex education and not to get your hands on donnels? you can t get them when you re 12. you have to wait until you re 13. bill: you used to be able3uut get them because nobody was monitoring the jar. 12 is still considered rape when you have sexual interaction. bill: what i m trying say is this school wasn t supervising so there was 12 years in the school. do you think is appropriate for public school to be this pro-active in this area? let me tell you this, i come at this, bill, as a judge and a d.a. so i have seen, as we all have, the unwanted consequence of children having children. that is abuse and neglected children, unwanted children, and the cycle continues. bill: and abortions. and abortions and sexually transmitted diseases. so the bottom line for me is, i hate it. i don t like to normalize it.
