Junior Mikayla Reed organized the Edison High School Beta Club’s annual donation drive for the Jefferson County Humane Society and volunteered her time through the Student Ambassador Program at Eastern Gateway Community College, raising more than $150 to sponsor kennels while Beta Club members also donated more than 150 cleaning items.
