“We hope the University will put the property to good use and honor our son’s life with its new purpose,” said the father of Timothy Piazza, the 19-year-old who died after a party at the house in 2017.
Judge Brian Marshall gave the university and the alumni-run house corporation the owns and manages the property six months to negotiate a selling price.
