February 17, 2021 Philippine-listed infrastructure conglomerate Metro Pacific Investment Corporation (MPIC) announced on Wednesday that its subsidiary in Thailand has sold its 100% stake in AIF Toll Roads Holdings (Thailand) to several parties for $149.25 million. AIF Toll Roads owns approximately 24.95% the outstanding shares in Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited (DMT), the operator of a major toll road facility in Bangkok. Working under a 27-year concession ending in 2034, DMT operates a 21.9-km six-lane elevated toll road stretching from Din Daeng in central Bangkok past Don Muaeng Airport and on to the National Monument north of the capital.
