gentlemen, good to have you on this morning. josh, if i could begin with you. of course. 37% of the u.s. had 37, of world semiconductor production a number of years ago and now down to 12%. china and taiwan dominate production. if the bills pass, one in the house and the senate, how quickly does that change? this bill would be a game changer. you pointed out the biggest problem here is that we used to have dominance in the united states over the chips which are critical to everything, from ventilators to cars to refrigerators. we need to increase domestic manufacturing, if covid taught us anything, how important it is to improve and increase what we do here at home. this would make a significant investment with helping encourage domestic production and research and development, which is what s needed, as ii d will tell you, we completely agree. we re fully behind.
