Today, we are having a silver dollar pancake breakfast before the family leaves to start in 2021.
The greatest aspect of mini silver dollar pancakes is that our son will eat them and no leftovers.
One thing that can get under my skin is leftover food and food waste so I will do whatever it takes to avoid that.
With a son who suffers from a
sensory processing disorder (SPD), he struggles to cut food so we do the best we can to keep recipes simple for him.
Another downfall with SPD is that he is unable or struggles with space and how close he is or isn’t to someone or something.
