QUINCY — The Quincy Riverfront Development Corp., on Wednesday tabled its powerline burial project and resolved to work on a riverfront amphitheater and a new boat ramp instead.
The underground utility work is finished from the Pelican River to Breezy Shores and paving is expected to begin on that stretch soon. “The idea is to keep building the road behind the (utility) services headed towards County Road 6,” said Detroit Lakes City Engineer Jon Pratt.
