It was hard to decide whether the Pacific Northwest Drought or the NASS Executive Briefing was the proper subtitle but the rotation of the drought into the Pacific Northwest was very extreme. Of course the new forecast that we may have a La Nina this winter is also very important. There is a long but very good video on crop sustainability that is well worth watching.
