KP Snacks has announced that its snack brand Discos is being added to its growing £1 PMP range.
The brand stated that the Discos Salt & Vinegar £1 PMP (70g) is designed to âcapitalise on the growth of £1 price-marked packsâ and to âexcite shoppers and drive impulsive purchasesâ.
Available in stores from 1 February, KP said it expects the new product to further grow the Discos brand by âentering the new and growing format in the brandâs number one flavourâ.
The company highlighted research showing 42% of shoppers buy crisps and snacks on impulse and PMPs are a huge driving force behind this, with £1 PMP ranges growing ahead of the market at +14.4%.
