Columbian Park Zoo adding $2 entry fee to nonmembers beginning in April

LAFAYETTE – For nonmembers, a visit to the city s Columbian Park Zoo will now require a new entry fee, according to a release from Lafayette Parks and Recreation.  Beginning April 17, in accordance with the zoo s opening day and start of the 2021 season, admission will be $2 per guest for all guests 3 years of age and up. Admission for children 2 years old and younger will remain free.  Daily zoo activities, including zookeeper talks and animal encounters, will be included with zoo admission. Current and new Columbian Park Zoo memberships will include free membership and existing discounts on zoo education programs and special events. Family memberships are $35 through May 17, and include two adults and all dependent children 18 years and younger. Single memberships for one adult are $15 through May 17, according to the zoo s website.
