crashing through. a bus cheers off the side of a building in queens, and strangers left scrambling, trying to get the victims among all the rubble, and tonight, a woman who was inside one of the apartments is talking only to cbs 2. good evening. i m kristine johnson, and maurice is off tonight. late this evening, that bus was taken away, but a gaping hole remains. as cbs 2 s jessica schneider is joining us now, she s live in front of it at regal park. jessica? reporter: kristine, quite the sight out here. the impact of the crash tearing down one of the walls in the building. one woman was up on the second floor there, and you can see directly into her living room, and now just her shelf of books, they are exposed to the street. the woman says she had seconds to react. i just literally flew into the wall, turned around, and saw the back of my apartment missing, and i ran out. reporter: collette landers was about to get in the shower when the bus collided with her wall.
