Investigators tell us he was struck by multiple cars as many as four along the rows vessel boulevard at harbison avenue including this chevy tahoe that did remain on scene. Accident happened around 8 00 oclock tonight. Again, police say multiple witnesses told them that the man was running in the southbound lanes of the boulevard in only his underwear.
