A Muhlenberg Township woman faces criminal charges after state authorities accused her to receiving more than $10,000 in SNAP benefits she would have been ineligible for had she included her husband's income.
State authorities have accused a Womelsdorf woman of fraudulently receiving more than $8,000 in food stamp benefits over a 10-month period by failing to report income of a member of her household.
