is he now losing necessary leverage in this process? alex, no one knows. i had a colleague, i am not going to say who, a republican col lear who floated the idea of a unity house speaker ship. who knows. i think it s a fluid process. and it could be a very unusual moment in history. but certainly he doesn t have the votes right now among his own colleagues, and that s pretty obvious from republicans who have been reaching out. yeah. it s going to be a thin majority. but speaking of kevin mccarthy, congressman, he is one of five republican colleagues of yours who defied subpoenas from the january 6th select committee. others who refused to cooperate with the committee who were subpoenaed, they were referred to the justice department for contempt of congress. so what would you like to see happen to the five republican congress, members of congress? well, that s for the justice department to decide.
