Police arrest 22-year-old in Goodyear in connection with Dec. 11 fatal shooting

Police arrested a man in connection with a shooting that killed one man and injured a woman in Phoenix earlier in December.
Deon D. Finnley, 22, was arrested on suspicion of homicide in Goodyear and booked into the Fourth Avenue Jail on Tuesday.
Inside, police found 38-year-old Jorge Hernandez Trigueros with a gunshot injury. Authorities took him to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Court documents alleged that a man shot into the building from the passenger seat of a car as it pulled away from store. Surveillance footage showed him buy something from the store prior to the shooting. ....
