December 21, 2020 The General Court of the European Union (“ General Court”) delivered three Judgments on 16 December 2020 which confirmed different aspects of the scope of the powers enjoyed by the European Commission (“ the Commission”) in its application of competition rules in the European Union (“ EU”).
