REIDSVILLE, Ga. (WALB) - An inmate’s death at Georgia State Prison is under investigation, according to the Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC).
Demetrius Stubbins died from injuries he received during an altercation with another inmate on Dec. 21.
GDC is investigating his death.
Stubbins was sentenced to 10 years in 2013 for a burglary in Tift County.

REIDSVILLE, Ga. (WTOC) - The Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) is investigating after an inmate died at Georgia State Prison in Reidsville.
According to GDC, Demetrius Stubbins died after sustaining injuries during a fight with another inmate on Dec. 21.
GDC is investigating the death as a homicide.
