JOINS CEDAR ONE: Cameron Lamatrice has joined the staff at Cedar One Realty.
A graduate of Indian Creek High School, earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from the Franciscan University of Steubenville. In 2020, Cameron decided to pursue a career in real estate, obtaining his sales license from Hondros College online at the beginning of the year.
Lamatrice has been a Wintersville resident his entire life, giving him a base knowledge of the Ohio Valley. His background in communications will allow him to address and resolve issues clients might have, officials with Cedar One said.

APPOINTED: Rick DeLuca, broker and owner of DeLuca Realty in Wintersville, has been appointed to the National Association of Realtors’ Conventional Financing and Policy Committee for the 2021 term. He was appointed by 2021 NAR President Charlie Oppler from New Jersey.
The purpose and focus of the committee is to develop policies relating to mortgage finance and lending issues that affect the ability of homeowners to fund their home purchases on the national and state levels.
DeLuca has served as chairman of numerous committees with the Ohio Realtors. In addition, he has served as the Ohio Realtors District 4 vice president during seven consecutive terms and will be entering his 14th-straight year in the position in 2021.
