given the defense its turn to begin on wednesday. they said the defense s case might be as short as a week and a few days. by a week from saturday on the the 25th, the jury might begin deliciouses speeding up much faster than we expected. also, there s an issue some evidence was denied today. what happened in that? reporter: today we heard from an fbi examiner and expert who testified, again, this is the second person to testify on a single strand of hair found in the trunk of casey anthony s car that showed a postmortem root bandage which is consistent coming from a decomposing body. this expert had done a full study trying to replicate those same bands on hairs coming from living persons. he said that the only way those bands could appear is when the person is already dead. along with his presentation he had a power point presentation with pictures because that was not fairly disclosed to the defense, judge perry ruled that those photos would not be shown.
