Delhi University is set to introduce enhanced security measures for its degree certificates during the centenary convocation in February. The upgraded certificates will include currency-like features such as micro-text, hidden images, and invisible ink logos. They will also be waterproof, heat-resistant, and resistant to chemicals. Other security elements include ultraviolet light detection, microprinting, reverse microtext, and rainbow-colored foiling.
Delhi University degree certificates will now come with more than a dozen "currency-like" security features such as a hidden image, invisible ink logo, and micro text to make them "nearly impossible" to forge, an official said on Monday.
