District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer Thursday said Ivan Jackson-Freeman, 66, of Chester, has been charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, sexual abuse of a child, corruption of minors, child pornography, and related charges. All charges filed against Jackson-Freeman are felonies. The charges stem from Jackson-Freeman s alleged involvement with a 14-year-old boy who was a family friend of Jackon-Freeman s, the DA s office said.
