is and we aren t addressing it. so you take revenue up and discretionary and mandatory spending are falling as a percent of the economy over the long-term? it is yes. as you know. i think we are finding places on the mandatory side where we are reducing spending and i think i wanted to respond to your earlier point where we are stopping spending, with 4$4 million of reduction in medicare and medicaid and prop insurance and programs. [ overlapping speakers ] and on those entitlement and social security and debt you take it from increasing 105%, to increasing 99% over the next ten years. i mean obviously that is the issue. so discretionary spending goes down, on both sides, they say this is great. it doesn t have more discretionary spending. it has less. it has less. for both defense and nondefense. health care entitlements do go from 105% to 99%. but it is 7.8% of gdp now and rises to 8% and it is scary because it is unsustainable so we re heading toward record high tax re
