todd: caroline shively has details. reporter: when president biden tours the streets of mayfield he will see scenes like this. this is the nursing home friday night, 74 residents were inside when the storm hit. amazingly no one was killed. only a few were injured. two with minor injuries happened here. it could have been worse. one of the wings on this structure completely collapsed. residents and some just days before but they were removed because of construction that was happening. they had a tornado drill day the tornado hit. many in kentucky of the 74 people who were killed were not so lucky, the death toll acrostic state stand at 88, eight of those deaths were at a nearby candle factory, eight workers missing. the company denies it but some workers said they were told they would be fired if they left before the tornado hit. a forklift operator rescued
