Spoken eloquently for years over the need to reform war powers and we are thrilled to have you here, senator. Senator Todd Young is a hoosier. He went to the naval academy. He chose the marine corps instead of the navy. To serve his country. He then picked up a masters degree. He worked here at heritage for a short stint. He has served ably in the u. S. Senate and he too is a passionate, thoughtful person when it comes to war powers.
