This is the asparagus salad. Asparagus salad, yeah. The asparagus with the salmon. The salmon lends some fattiness to that very lean, kinda grassy. So try a little mussel chowder. You might just have to go straight from the bowl. We do put a little bit of bacon. Thats great, okay. To marry some of the smokiness of the chowder base itself. Oh my goodness. Okay. I dont know how im supposed to be calm when im eating. And professional. laughing thats hella good applauding well that makes my day, my week.
