WILLISTON, ND - The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified those involved in a deadly head-on crash on Hwy 1804, near Williston Friday afternoon. Robert Ndahigwa, 40, Dickinson, died in the crash near mile marker 283, 25 miles east of Williston at around 4:20 p.m. The State Patrol says Ndahigwa was driving a pickup that was struck by another pickup that failed to negotiate
The driver killed in the two-vehicle crash was identified as Robert Ndahigwa, 40, of Dickinson, North Dakota, while the other driver and Ndahigwa's passenger were seriously injured.
