And well beyond. Given the times we live in a lot of people briefly wondering if there was some kind of attack. For some it lasted moments, others were without power for quite some time. There were parts of the government left to carry on in the dark while elsewhere, forcing evacuations at some of the citys famous museums. All of it raising a lot of questions about how prepared the government really is for a bigger emergency. Chris jan sing is on e story for us tonight.
