voting, we have to weigh those risks. absolutely. and at least the agreement in front of me limits the risk. it is a completely unlimited risk. you may be right. they won t do that. what if you re wrong. what if in fact they will. there is a hard line as you pointed out in teheran. they are licking their chops to see this agreements falling apart. i think from all of the elements in iran they want this agreement because it is so good for them economically and it strengthens their position in the middle east. doesn t do anything to stop them from supporting and in fact it helps them support their proxies throughout the region more than now. i want to agree with you that i can t predict what ll happen. i can t predict with certainty anymore than anybody can what ll happen if congress rejects the agreement. i can just say from what i have seen this morning and based on what i saw come out of lozan in april, this disagreement has more risk for the u.s. and more reward for i
