Online estate agent easyProperty has raised £800,000 from investors including Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou.
The company, which operates under licence from the easyJet founder, will use the cash to invest in IT improvements and to prepare for a post-pandemic growth push.
EasyProperty operates in 34 territories , but its chief executive, David Brierley, said he aimed to quadruple that by the end of the year Property sellers can pay an upfront fee of £795, or 1 per cent commission, or split it between an upfront and completion payment.
Sales are managed by agents who pay £175 a month per territory .
